On October 25 , 2025 , the fifth day of the ninth lunar month (Year of the Snake), the Double Ninth Festival, a solemn occasion, bells and drums resounded before the Mausoleum of the Yellow Emperor at Qiaoshan Mountain in Shaanxi Province. Mr. Chen Feng, Chairman of Chang'an International Holdings Group, and Ms. Wang Jia, President of Chang'an International Club, led a corporate delegation to attend the Xi'an Chaoshan Chamber of Commerce's Double Ninth Festival Ceremony to Worship the Yellow Emperor and its 2025 Annual Meeting. They joined nearly 400 Chaoshan business leaders and guests from various sectors both at home and abroad to pay homage to the legendary ancestor of Chinese civilization, reminisce about their shared hometown, and discuss future development.

In this grand cultural event that has been passed down for thousands of years, Chang'an Baijiu, as the designated ceremonial liquor, served as a fragrant link between the past and present with its mellow aroma and profound cultural heritage, showcasing the vastness and depth of Chinese Baijiu culture to the world.

This ceremony marks the third consecutive year that the Chaoshan Chamber of Commerce has held the Double Ninth Festival ceremony to worship the Yellow Emperor's Mausoleum. It is worth mentioning that Chang'an Maotai liquor has been selected as the designated liquor for the ceremony for two consecutive years. This is not only a recognition of the quality of Chang'an Maotai liquor, but also an affirmation of its mission to inherit and promote cultural heritage.

At 9:50 a.m., the auspicious time for the ceremony, the chief officiant, Zheng Yanxu, president of the Xi'an Chaoshan Chamber of Commerce, slowly walked to the mausoleum of the Yellow Emperor, added soil, offered flower baskets, and burned incense. In the solemn and dignified ceremony, the libation ritual was the highlight. President Zheng Yanxu held a bronze wine vessel filled with Chang'an sauce-flavored liquor in both hands, slowly walked to the altar, solemnly offered the libation, and then respectfully read the "Libation to the Yellow Emperor," which praised the Yellow Emperor's great achievements in establishing China, expressed the deep respect of the descendants of Yan and Huang for their ancestor, and prayed for harmony and peace for the nation and prosperity for the Chaoshan business community.

Chang'an sauce-flavored liquor, used as the ceremonial liquor for this sacrificial ceremony, not only demonstrates respect for the sacrificial rituals but also represents a practice in the inheritance of Chinese liquor culture.
